Fixed incorrect ENDPOINT_EPNUM_MASK mask preventing endpoints above EP3 from being selected (thanks to Jonathan Oakley). Removed STREAM_CALLBACK() macro - callbacks now use regular function definitions to clarify user code. Dean Camera	253deb996f	Changed PIPE_CONTROLPIPE_DEFAULT_SIZE from 8 to 64 to try to prevent problems with faulty devices which do not respect the given wLength value when reading in the device descriptor. ...
