Make Low Level host demos use void pointers for the configuration descriptor, to prevent warnings when passed to the altered configuration descriptor parsing routines.
...
Added preprocessor checks to give a human readable error when the class drivers are used when the incompatible NO_STREAM_CALLBACKS compile time option is used.

Add optional pipe double banking support to the Host mode Class drivers.
...
Descriptor processing routines now pass around void pointers rather than uint8_t pointers, as their destination datatype is know well known -- they are just streams of bytes until they are cast to the correct destination type by DESCRIPTOR_CAST.

Removed mostly useless "TestApp" demo, as it was mainly useful only for checking for sytax errors in the library.

MIDI device demos now receive MIDI events from the host and display note ON messages via the board LEDs.
Added beginnings of a MIDI class bootloader.

Add new attributes to the HID Report Parser and HID Host Mode Class driver to keep track of the largest report the device can send for buffer allocation purposes. Change MouseHostWithParser and KeyboardHostWithParser demos to only allocate the needed number of bytes.
